Established in 1990 and founded by internationally-trained environmental architect, Carmel based, Safwat Malek, Enviro International, Inc. designs and constructs environmentally conscious buildings that complement the land’s natural environment, with the goal of maximizing the natural open space and minimizing any disruption to the land’s original ecosystem. Enviro International, Inc. serves as a LEED certified architect and general contractor for these purposes.

The firm uses a variety of environmentally responsible materials, including sustainable lumber, nontoxic paints and finishes, and energy efficient appliances, heating, and electrical systems. Enviro International, Inc. constantly seeks new products offering high levels of energy efficiency and reliability and works to reduce waste as much as possible during construction.

Enviro International develops environmentally-conscious single family homes, multi-residential and commercial buildings, churches, resorts and other green developments. The firm also focuses on home renovations.
